  • How much will my order cost?

    The cost of each order primarily depends on four things: 

    • Type of garment
    • Quantity
    • Decoration locations
    • Complexity and colors of design

     * Quantity discounts may be applied based on the number of items ordered per design. 


  • Can I supply my own apparel?

    We do accept customer supplied apparel if:

    • Apparel is new or freshly washed
    • Customer Item Waiver is signed releasing Shirts to a T from any liability of damage or mistakes on supplied items. 
    • We prefer to supply the apparel to ensure the best possible results. Our team understands how different fabrics respond to various decoration methods, and we select products that maintain quality, durability, and a clean final finish.

  • What do I need to know about artwork?

    • Artwork is best when submitted in .ai, .pdf, .cdr.  Other file types can be accepted  but may require a design fee to vectorize your image for printing. 
    • No artwork? No problem! Our in house graphic art department can help bring your vision to life.
    • Pricing for graphic artwork is typically $50/hr. 

  • How long does it take to get my order?

    • Standard turn around time is 12-15 business days from the time all sizes, artwork, quantities, payment, etc is complete. 
    • Turnaround time may vary depending on time of year and current  work load. 
    • Rush orders may be accepted depending on workload and with an added rush fee of $50 or 25%, whichever is greater. 

  • Can I see what my shirt will look like before it prints?

    Absolutely! A bid and digital mockup of your design will be supplied to you within 2 business days. We will not print without your approval.
